What happens in case of rain or bad weather?
Our tours on land can run rain or shine, since the vehicles have anti-rain covers.
The only limitation for boat tours is if there is too much wind. In this case you will be contacted by our staff ahead of time.
Can we do any extra stops?
On shared tours, extra stops aren’t possible.
On private tours, you can ask directly to your driver or captain about where you want to stop. If it’s possible within the schedule, our staff members will be happy to oblige.
Are the vehicles fast?
No, they aren’t. The Golf Cars and Ape Calessinos will proceed at a normal and peaceful speed.
What languages are spoken by the drivers and captains?
All of our drivers and captains speak at least Italian and English; some of them can also speak other languages.
Can I have the audioguide in my language?
We have audioguides available in 7 languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and Arab.
On the Golf Car tours and the 1-hour shared boat tour the languages available are instead 10, adding Chinese, Hindi and Russian to the previous 7.
